Bamboo is a plant that contains cellulose and, similar to hemp, can be grown without the use of synthetic chemical fertilizers, pesticides or defoliants. It is in fact a fast growing weed, up to 1 meter per day<\/p>

Properties of Bamboo fiber<\/strong><\/h4>

Bamboo textile fiber is obtained from the stem through a process of alkaline hydrolysis and multiphase bleaching. Technological analyzes have shown that this fiber has a degree of fineness close to normal viscose, with the same stability and tenacity.<\/p>

The bamboo fiber fabric, thanks to its properties and benefits, is particularly suitable for being in direct contact with the skin. Its ability to absorb moisture and to be naturally antibacterial make it a perfect fabric for all types of clothing, especially underwear.<\/p>

Thanks to the presence in the weave of the fabric of multiple cavities and air cushions, bamboo makes garments highly breathable, with a very high capacity to absorb liquids, such as humidity and sweat, which evaporates three times faster than traditional cotton, giving freshness for a long time and removing bad odors. A garment made from a bamboo fabric is soft on the skin, delicate and prevents redness and irritation.<\/p>

Its use is also recommended for bed linen as its anti-moth and anti-mite action causes the 95% of these to die within 24 hours, furthermore the bamboo fabric is characterized by ease of ironing.<\/p>

Bamboo in the environment<\/strong><\/h4>

Bamboo is a plant whose cultivation has a very low environmental impact, in fact it consumes a third of the water of most crops and very often only needs rainwater; it has minimal carbon dioxide emissions and emits a large amount of oxygen.
