      Art. 2 - Object<\/strong><\/p>\n

These General Conditions of Sale govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Nanapa & Bimboo <\/strong>and do not, however, regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than the seller who are present on the same site through links, banners or other hypertext links.<\/li>\n
      2. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from different subjects, Nanapa & Bimboo<\/strong> suggests checking their conditions of sale.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        Art. 3 - Conclusion of the contract<\/strong>

        1. To conclude the purchase contract, the User must fill in the form in electronic format and transmit it following the relative instructions.<\/li>\n
        2. It contains the reference to the General Conditions of Sale, the images of each product and its price, the means of payment that can be used, the methods of delivery of the products purchased and the relative shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions to exercise the right of withdrawal as well as the methods and times for returning the purchased products.<\/li>\n
        3. Before concluding the contract, the User will be asked to confirm that they have read the General Conditions of Sale including the Information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.<\/li>\n
        4. The contract is concluded when Nanapa & Bimboo <\/strong>will receive the form filled in by the User, after verifying the correctness of the data contained therein.<\/li>\n
        5. The User will be obliged to pay the price from the moment the online order forwarding procedure is completed. This will be done by clicking on the "Place order" button at the end of the wizard.<\/li>\n
        6. Once the contract is concluded, Nanapa & Bimboo<\/strong> will process the order for its fulfillment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

           <\/strong>Art. 4 - Registered users<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1. In completing the registration procedures, the User must follow the instructions on the site and provide their personal data correctly and truthfully.<\/li>\n

          4. On the occasion of the first request for activation of a User profile, Nanapa & Bimboo<\/strong> will assign to the same User a password of at least twelve characters. The site recognizes that these identifiers constitute the system for validating the User's access to the Services as well as the only system suitable for identifying the User: the acts performed through such access will be attributed to him and will have binding effect towards him.<\/li>\n
          5. The User will be obliged to maintain the secrecy of his access data, to keep them with due care and diligence and not to transfer them, even temporarily, to third parties.<\/li>\n

            1. Nanapa & Bimboo <\/strong>commercializza principalmente: Biancheria da letto per neonati e bambini prodotta artigianalmente, in tessuto di canapa o bamb\u00f9 dipinta a mano e personalizzata.<\/li>\n

Le immagini fotografiche dei prodotti sono state realizzate in condizioni ottimali con strumentazione professionale. Tuttavia, il tono dei colori delle fotografie potrebbe variare a seconda dello schermo digitale sul quale le stesse fotografie vengono visualizzate.<\/li>\n
            4. All our products comply with the product safety requirements of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206\/2005) as well as the UNI safety standards for the specific category of children's clothing.<\/li>\n
            5. Small imperfections and discrepancies, which could arise, are the result of the craftsmanship of the product and do not involve the replacement of the same.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n


              Art. 6 - Availability of products<\/strong><\/p>\n

              1. Being the products of Nanapa & Bimboo<\/strong> the result of craftsmanship and personalized, their availability on the site is related to the basic product, or without the required customization.<\/li>\n
              2. Availability varies according to the type of product. By way of non-exhaustive example, the Swaddle<\/em> require longer processing times, due to customization with natural colors which requires production times of 4-5 days, 3 of which are necessary for the natural drying of the color.<\/li>\n
              3. For non-personalized products, processing times may be approximately 2-3 working days.<\/li>\n
              4. Even after sending the order confirmation e-mail, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the products. In this case, the User will be promptly informed by e-mail.<\/li>\n
              5. If the User intends to request cancellation of the order, by terminating the contract, Nanapa & Bimboo<\/strong> will refund the amount paid within 30 days from the moment in which Nanapa & Bimboo<\/strong> was aware of the User's decision to terminate the contract.

                Art. 7 - Methods of payment and prices<\/strong><\/p>\n

                1. The price of the products will be that indicated from time to time on the site, except where there is an obvious error.<\/li>\n
                2. In case of an error Nanapa & Bimboo<\/strong> will notify the buyer as soon as possible allowing confirmation of the order at the right amount or cancellation. In any case, it will not exist for Nanapa & Bimboo<\/strong> the obligation to supply what was sold at the lower price incorrectly indicated.<\/li>\n
